This award pays tribute to the female and male role models who generously support, mentor and sponsor women, using their skills to help others flourish.

 

Champion of Change
Honouring those women and men who are constantly pushing the boundaries of equality and gender balance and making dynamic and brave changes within their workplace or industry.

 

Entrepreneur of the Year
Showcasing the female entrepreneurs who are building UK-based businesses - and have the ambition, energy, skill and vision to scale the heights. Entrants must demonstrate their impact on business performance and/or revenue growth.

 

Rising Star
We want to shine a spotlight on Britain’s female rising stars by honouring those showing great promise in the first three years in their role (at any level). Nominees must demonstrate impact and ambition.

 

Director of the Year
This award celebrates the female directors leading and supporting Britain’s businesses. Judges will look at how financial targets and KPIs have been met/exceeded, the vision for growth, innovation and the leader’s understanding of key challenges, customers and the competitive landscape.
